Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Rush Magazine. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Print magazines and physical products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

– A replacement  
– A refund  
– A partial refund

We may ask for photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.

Change of mind

Due to the nature of print publications, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds

Approved refunds will ONLY be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once processed.
