The e-tron GT is proving to be quite a hit for Audi UK, and aiming for a bigger slice of the market pie is the new e-tron GT quattro, a new entry level model sitting below the trio of high performance offerings.
Of course, when it comes to EVs, performance is still a given, and with 503bhp in normal use, rising to 576bhp with launch control activated, the quattro is still capable of 0-60mph in 4.0 seconds. Its pair of electric motors send power to all four wheels, and offer torque vectoring to aid driving dynamics. Adaptive air suspension is also standard.

The enlarged battery, two-speed transmission on the rear-axle, active air intakes, and 30kg weight reduction compared to the S e-tron GT all help the quattro reach a maximum range of 384 miles. The car is capable of 320kW DC rapid charging, meaning a 5-80% top-up takes just 18 minutes. Plugging into a home wallbox will require around 16 hours for a flat-to-full charge.
Visually, the e-tron GT quattro is almost identical to the S-model, with the only difference being the lack of a red rhombus badge on the bootlid. Specifications for the new base-model have been revealed ahead of the variant going on sale in June.

Entry-level equipment such as adaptive air suspension, matrix LED headlights, a panoramic glass sunroof, keyless-entry, heated electrically adjustable front seats, adaptive cruise control, 20” wheels, and much more.
A Vorsprung equipment level is available which adds four-wheel steering, laser headlights, ventilated front seats with massage function, a head-up display, night vision cameras, a Bang & Olufsen surround sound system, carbon fibre mirror caps, and an electrochromic sunroof. The e-tron GT quattro offers most of the performance and features of the S-model, but for a £19,720 discount.

The new variant starts at £88,555 before options, meaning it's only £355 more expensive than a rear-wheel drive Porsche Taycan, and £7,645 less than the dual-motor 4S model. The fully-loaded Vorsprung equipment line raises the price to £108,055.
Order books will open in June 2025, and the most powerful base-model with four-rings will be assembled at the Audi Sport factory in Neckarsulm. The UK is one of the strongest markets for the e-tron GT, and deliveries of the new quattro model will begin in August.
