The headline output is achieved through a high-flow air induction system, upgraded fuel injectors, a larger supercharger, and revised engine mapping. Unlike Shelby, Hennessey has opted to keep the exact specifications of its supercharger under wraps, but the tuner has confirmed torque swells to 650lb-ft (881Nm) at 4,900rpm – a 55% increase over the Dark Horse.
The results are suitably impressive: 0–60mph in 3.2 seconds – half a second quicker than Ford’s own Dark Horse – and a quarter-mile sprint in 10.9 seconds at 133mph.

The in-house-developed VenomAero package includes a more aggressive front splitter, an active bonnet vent, functional front wing vents, side skirts, a carbon fibre rear deck lid, and a towering fixed rear wing. Brian Jones, Hennessey’s VP of Engineering, claims the track-focused modifications improve both grip and cooling, making the Super Venom “The most capable Mustang the company has built.”
Production is limited to 91 units, a nod to Hennessey’s founding year. Each car features a bespoke ‘91 Icon’ livery, unique badging, and 20-inch lightweight performance wheels. The interior gets the Hennessey treatment, with the OEM comfort or Recaro sports seats retrimmed in bespoke Alcantara and leather, plus an embossed signature logo and a numbered plaque.

Both 10-speed automatic and 6-speed manual transmissions are available, with pricing starting at $149,950 for the GT-based model and rising to $163,950 for the Dark Horse variant.
Orders are open now through authorised Ford dealers or directly via Hennessey Performance. The Super Venom also benefits from full Ford factory backing with a 3-year/36,000-mile Hennessey warranty.
Official UK imports remain unconfirmed, as does compatibility with right-hand-drive models. However, with Shelby recently establishing a UK presence, it wouldn’t be surprising to see some make their way across.
