Presented by managing director Andreas Bovensiepen, the package adds a high-gloss carbon front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser to the elegant grand tourer. In contrast to the Italian launch, the Pebble Beach car is painted in understated Skyscraper Grey, offset by 20-inch forged alloys in Oro Tecnico – a finish also applied to the quad exhaust tips and exterior badging.
Mechanically, the Carbon Package model is unchanged from the car unveiled in May. Starting life as a G83 BMW M4 Convertible, the Bovensiepen is rebodied as a fixed-roof coupé by Zagato, a decision which allows the coachbuilder to incorporate its signature double-bubble roof.

Under the bonnet lies a 602bhp version of the S58 twin-turbo straight-six, driving all four wheels via an eight-speed ZF automatic. Peak torque stands at 516lb-ft, enabling 0–62mph in 3.3 seconds and a top speed beyond 186mph. Bilstein adaptive dampers offer multiple drive modes, while a titanium Akrapovič exhaust cuts weight by 40 per cent compared with the standard system. Carrying on the exterior theme, high-gloss carbon features across the engine bay, although this hasn’t been extended to the strut brace.
Inside, the Bovensiepen channels its Alpina heritage, covering the interior in Lavalina leather trim – here in two-tone Cuoio and Birch – which has been hand-stitched over more than 130 hours. Naturally, a wide range of customisation options are also due to be offered to customers.
The price and production volumes for the Bovensiepen Zagato remain a tightly guarded secret as the car continues to be developed, however we do know the first deliveries are scheduled for midway through 2026.
